Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be unopened and uninstalled
  • Be returned in original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products (e.g. shampoo, body wash, lotion)
  • Installed or used dispensers
  • Any items with broken safety seals or tamper evidence

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wenesy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at info@wenesy.com with photos and details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@wenesy.com.


Bulk Orders (Hotel & Trade Orders)
For bulk, contract, or customized orders, returns may not be accepted unless:

  • Items are faulty
  • Items are incorrect
